Constellation1 brings HouseValues to Top Producer CRM

Curated News BriefBased on original reporting by HousingWire (August 24, 2026). The summary below is the Journal’s; the local analysis is original commentary by Omar Murillo.

According to HousingWire, Constellation1 has rolled out a new integration called HouseValues for Top Producer that brings seller leads directly into the Top Producer CRM platform. Instead of managing leads through a separate system, agents can now see HouseValues leads right alongside their existing contacts and follow-up activities. This means less switching between different tools and a smoother workflow for professionals who are already comfortable with Top Producer.

The core of this integration is the HouseValues Equity Report, which is branded with the agent's information and sent to homeowners. Owners get this report when they initially sign up and receive updated versions each month, allowing them to see their home's value, explore refinancing options, and stay in touch with their agent through the report itself. When homeowners interact with the report—viewing it, checking updated values, or asking questions—that activity gets logged right back into the agent's Top Producer contact record as a potential signal that someone might be thinking about selling.

Each lead comes packaged with a Market Snapshot and what they call a Lead Response Plan, which automates certain communication steps like emails and text messages while reminding agents when to pick up the phone for personal contact. The system is designed to prioritize follow-up based on which homeowners are actually engaging with their reports. What sets this apart from some other lead sources is that each lead goes to just one agent rather than being passed around to multiple people.

Constellation1 notes that their HouseValues product has been generating exclusive seller leads for more than two decades, and they've delivered a substantial volume of leads in recent years. The company emphasizes that actual results depend on market conditions, price points, and how consistently agents follow up with their leads. This integration became available starting August twenty-sixth for both new and existing Top Producer customers across the United States.

What I am seeing locally here in the Bay Area is that tools like this keep evolving to make agents' lives simpler. Our market is competitive, and anything that helps us work smarter within systems we already know is worth paying attention to. For sellers in Fremont and the East Bay, this kind of integration means their listing agents have better tools to find potential sellers and stay connected with them, which could mean more options and better service when it comes time to buy or sell a home.
