Miami Realtors + RWorld forms new education partnership

Classes are available in person, by livestream and online

Silicon Valley and Bay Area real estate
Curated News BriefBased on original reporting by HousingWire (September 21, 2026). The summary below is the Journal’s; the local analysis is original commentary by Omar Murillo.

According to HousingWire, Miami Realtors and RWorld have partnered with Gold Coast Schools to provide their nearly 94,000 members with discounted access to real estate education courses. The partnership covers the full spectrum of professional development, from initial pre-licensing courses all the way through continuing education, broker training, and property management licensing programs. Members can take advantage of these discounted rates regardless of their preferred learning style, whether that's traditional classroom instruction, livestream sessions, or fully online coursework.

What makes this partnership interesting is that it's built around the entire arc of a real estate professional's career, not just a single course or credential. Gold Coast Schools, which has been in the education business for over fifty years, brings deep expertise in the Florida market and understands what practitioners actually need to know. The dedicated referral portal makes it seamless for members to access the full catalog at member pricing, and the partnership is designed to evolve as the industry changes.

The rollout began this fall, and both organizations are planning to work together on identifying emerging education needs as they develop additional programs and promotions. Teresa King Kinney, co-CEO of Miami Realtors and RWorld, emphasized that this strengthens their already existing education offerings by giving members access to one of Florida's most popular pre-licensing programs along with all the supplementary courses that support career advancement.

What I am seeing locally here in the Bay Area is that educational partnerships like this one are becoming more important as the industry evolves. Agents need access to quality, affordable continuing education and specialized training, and when local or regional associations can negotiate better rates and integrated learning pathways for their members, it creates real value. This kind of partnership model could benefit our own market, where agents are constantly seeking ways to stay current and expand their expertise without shouldering excessive costs.
